This is a Jikook fest for dragon lovers, open to writers, artists, and photo/video editors.The theme of the fest is about including dragons and Jikook in any setting you can think of. The works can have dragon characters, hybrids, dragon riders, knights, royalty, mythological creatures and so...In short, anything that crosses your imagination is allowed as long it doesn't break the Fest's rules.Disclaimer: It's not mandatory for the main characters to be dragons, just including dragons in the plot complies with the premise of the fest.

Rules

GENERAL RULES:• Minors are not allowed to participate
Forbidden content: rape, non-con, bestiality, pedophilia, and underage sexual content.
• Any prompts or fics that are plagiarised and/ or that include banned content will be deleted.

FOR PROMPTERS:
• Must have an ao3 account
• Jikook should be the main ship
• You can include DW (do want) and DNW (do not want).
• Stolen or prompts with banned content will be deleted
• Please try to keep them brief and not too detailed (so writers can have creative freedom too)
FOR Ao3 WRITERS:• Should be 18 years old or older
• Must have an ao3 account
• Fics must be tagged properly
• 1 claim per prompt
• Can claim up to 3 prompts
• Can self-prompt
• No minimum word count
• Chaptered fics and WIPs are allowed
• Can’t reveal the details of the prompt until author reveals

FOR Twitter AUs WRITERS:
• Should be 18 years old or older
• Can self-prompt or take inspiration from any of the prompts from the ao3 collection.
• Don’t claim prompts on ao3, just fill out the Google form for Twitter Au writers.
• You must share your Au on your social media account within the reveal period (you will get a mail with all the posting details).
• Tag us in your post and use #DragonJikook so we can share it!
FOR ARTISTS/EDITORS:
• Should be 18 years old or older
• Can self-prompt or take inspiration from any of the prompts from the ao3 collection.
• Don’t claim prompts on ao3, just fill out the Google form for Artists/editors,
• You must share your work on your social media account within the reveal period (you will get a mail with all the posting details).
• Tag us in your post and use #DragonJikook so we can share it!

During the prompting period, anyone can submit prompts to the Ao3 collection. During the claiming period, prompts can be claimed by writers who will create a story with their own twists. Artists/editors and Twitter Au writers can take inspiration from the prompts, but shouldn't claim them on Ao3.What ships are allowed?The main ship must be Jikook (other side ships are allowed, as well as original characters).How can I sign up?Anyone can sign-up as a writer/artist/editor as long as they are 18 yo or older. To do so, you just need to fill out the google form and follow the instructions detailed in the ''about'' section.Do I have to write if I submit a prompt? or vice versa?No, you don't need to be a writer to send prompts or send a prompt to participate as a writer. You can do both if you want to.What can I submit for a prompt?You can submit any idea as long as Jikook is the main ship and it includes dragons in some way. If a prompt includes any banned content it will be removed from the collection.How many prompts can I claim?Writers can claim up to 3 prompts.Can I claim a prompt that's already been claimed?No, to avoid stress to other writers and comparisons, this fest allows 1 claim per prompt. Claims will be settled on a first-come-first-serve basis.Is there a minimum word count?No, there is no minimum word count. Chaptered fics and WIPs are also allowed.Can I submit a sequel/prequel or a work that is meant to be part of a series?Yes, as long as anonymity is maintained until the reveals (must be readable as a stand-alone). Afterward, you can add it to your series on Ao3, and link last season's fic to your new oneWill there be a Check-In?Yes, there will be two instances of check-in during the fest. They will be a google form with a couple of simple questions to find out if you are still participating in the fest and if you need any help.
